We know it’s easy to think that posting takes 5 seconds, but that’s just not the case. Here is what goes into each post on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. The average agent would take 2 hours per day to come up with this on his/her own.

Time Posted: This is the time of day you actually posted out your content. We make sure that you are posting at the most optimal time on Facebook, when your audience is most likely to engage.

Facebook is your IDX website with a social pulse. Much like your IDX website, If you ever change brokerages you always have access to your Facebook page because you own it. Facebook posts are the “pulse” to your entire online presence and therefore are incredibly important. On Facebook we post 5 times a week, Monday - Friday.

POST FEATURES

Facebook Page Name: This is how people search for you as a business on Facebook. It’s crucial that you are optimized for your name/real estate brokerage.

Boost Post: Boosting a post is where you can pay Facebook to show your posts to more people outside of your direct sphere of influence. This is a very affordable way to grow your following on Facebook.

Like/Comment/Share: All of our content is created to drive engagement. Your audience will want to Like, Comment or Share the content we post on your behalf.

Twitter is a fire hose of information. The shelf life of a “Tweet” is a couple of minutes. You may not personally be on there but your potential client is, which means you should be too. On Twitter we post 3 times a day, 15 times a week, Monday - Friday. We post content that is engaging but also straight to the point as there is a limit of 140 characters. We use hashtags and other vernacular specific to Twitter that makes you sound savvy and up to date
